This role is based in Latvia with opportunities to succeed and develop your career worldwide. We support a wide range of technologies with a focus on managing business efficiency. This role also provides the opportunity to be involved in projects like infrastructure roll-outs, upgrades and migration to cloud technologies.

The role:

Project delivery, maintenance and support;
Managing and supporting server environments;
Administration of business systems;
Implementing and managing corporate solutions;
Managing backup and business continuity systems.

Successful Candidates will have:

1+ years of experience working in a similar role;
Excellent communication skills;
A passion for customer service;
Entrepreneurial and a "go getter" attitude;
A fast learner who picks up processes and technology quickly.

Technical Skills:

Network protocols basics, principles of building computer networks;
Virtualization experience (VirtualBox, VMware);
VPN configuration and management;
Setting up and maintaining UNIX OS;
Knowledge and experience of writing shell/bash scripts;
Databases Experience: ability to write SQL queries;
Deploying third-party software experience, setting up according to the instructions and with the support of the 2nd line of technical support;
Git skills.
